Our Returns & Exchange Policy

At Velmora Clothings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or has an issue with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.

Eligibility for Exchange

An item may be eligible for exchange if:

• The wrong product was received.
• The wrong size was received.
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product received does not match the order placed.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and product-protection reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products without their original tags or packaging may also be refused.

Exchange Period

Exchange requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Size Exchange

If you have received the correct product but require a different size, please contact us within the exchange period.

Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our customer support team will advise you on the available options.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact us through WhatsApp or email and provide:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The product you wish to exchange
• The reason for the exchange
• Clear photographs of the product, where applicable

Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

Return & Exchange Shipping

If the exchange is required because the wrong, damaged or defective product was sent by Velmora Clothings, we will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

For exchanges requested due to a change of mind or size preference, applicable delivery or exchange charges may apply.

Product Condition

All products being returned for exchange must be:

• Unused
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In their original condition
• With original tags and packaging intact

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount and method will be communicated to the customer after the returned product has been reviewed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please keep the product, packaging and tags until the issue has been resolved.
